Geraldine Merron
MERRON (Portaferry) Died 21st January 2026, peacefully at hospital. Geraldine, beloved wife of the late Tom, dearly loved mother of Patrick, Richard, Paul and Eileen, dear mother-in-law of Tina, Helen and Hugh and cherished Nanny of Lorna, Conor, Neal, Jason, David, Tanis, Mairead, Peter, Joe and Mark.
Geraldine’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home on Thursday 22nd Jan. from 6pm-8pm and Friday 23rd Jan. from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. Funeral will leave the funeral home on Saturday 24th Jan. at 11.45am to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 12noon followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.
