The Family and loving wife of the late Gerard McDermott would like to thank everyone
who helped in any way during our recent and sad bereavement.
As a family we are very grateful for the support, generosity and thoughtfulness shown to us.
Thank you to everyone who called to the house, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards,
phoned and supported us in any way.
To all our neighbours and to everyone who helped out in any way,
your kindness has not gone unnoticed.
Thank you to Rev Orr for visiting the house and for his kind words of comfort on the morning of the funeral.
Thank you to Fr McDevitt, for the lovely Mass, the altar servers
and those who provided the music and singing.
Our sincere thanks to Jude, Tony and all the staff
at Quigley Funeral Directors for your support, care, guidance
and advice throughout our most difficult time.
Thank you to RMS travels for providing transport to and from the wake
and to the McCrea family for the use of their facilities for parking cars.
Thank you to Clann na NGael for their help with parking and directing cars
throughout the wake and funeral and for the guard of honour at the chapel.
Thank you to Hilltop café for providing refreshments after the funeral
and thank you to upper Cumber Parish for the use of Alla Hall.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we
hope this acknowledgment will be accepted as our sincere thanks and appreciation.
Gerard’s Months Mind Mass will take place
on Thursday the 15th of October
in St Patrick’s Church, Killenagh, Dunamanagh at 7.30p.m
