Hazlett Campbell McKEOWN B.E.M.
The Wife Amanda, Sons Colin and Ben, Daughter Jessica and the extended Family Circle of the late Hazlett McKeown B.E.M. wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised and supported them on their recent sad bereavement.
Heartfelt thanks to all who called at the home, sent messages, cards and gifts, visited, telephoned, gave hugs; each and every one was very much appreciated.
We would also like to thank the Doctors and Staff of Draperstown Surgery and the District Nurses for their care, compassion and dignity shown to Hazlett and the Family. We would also like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of Antrim Area Hospital, City Hospital and the Royal Hospital for their care of Hazlett over the years.
A special word of thanks to Pastor Alan Dundas for conducting the funeral service and for his visitations, pastoral care and fellowship to Hazlett and the Family. Also thanks to the organist, Mrs Adrienne Brooks for the beautiful playing of the hymns, the Ladies of Tobermore Baptist Church for their hospitality in providing and serving a beautiful tea afterwards.
Heartfelt thanks to everyone who very generously donated in Hazlett’s name for the work of Tobermore Baptist Church.
Finally, sincere thanks and gratitude to Helen, Kristy and Staff of D. Watters Funeral Services for the dignified and professional way the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
