Heather Fleming (née Crawford)

Heather Fleming’s family would like to thank everyone who has expressed their sympathy whether face to face, by card, phone call, phone message or on social media since we lost our mother on 14th August. Your kindness is appreciated very much.
To those members of staff at Gortacharn Nursing Home who during mum’s time there were both kind and respectful to her and took time to get to know her, special thanks, we know how much she appreciated you. We did too and will not forget your care.
Thanks also to the doctors and staff from Maple Healthcare who looked after mum over the years.
To those who attended the wake and the funeral organised in a personal and respectful way by Noel Robinson, to the sexton of Sallaghy Parish Church, the grave digger and caterers and to the organist Jennifer Smyth many thanks. Additionally to Joan and Norma for the Bible readings done so beautifully.
Special thanks to Rev Abraham Storey, longstanding family friend of the family offering support over many years most especially in the last days of mum’s life and for the touching words at her funeral.
It would be impossible to thank everyone individually who played a part in making mums last days easier and now do so for us. We do appreciate so much thoughtfulness.
As live streaming is not available at Sallaghy we had a video beautifully made by Bob Lyons for those who could not attend. If you would like either a copy of that or a transcript of the eulogy emailed to you please contact killard28@gmail.com.
