2nd Anniversary - 23rd October 2025.
In loving memory of our dear Mum on her second anniversary, who sadly left us on October 23rd 2023.
Not a single day goes by where we don’t think of you. We talk about you all the time because no matter where we look or what we do, everything still relates back to you and goes through you. We wouldn’t be here without you.
We cherish all our photos and memories with you that we have together, and there are so many because you were the best Mum we could have ever asked for. We would give anything to be able to tell you that one more time.
We love and miss you so so much.
Sadly missed and loved every day, especially by your three children Nigel, Teresa and Vivienne. Grandchildren, Conor, Rachel, Evie-Jane, Charlie and Tom. Son-in-law James. Daughter-in-law Kathleen. Sister Dympna and brother Kieran.
Also remembering our father Jim Hume who passed on the 16th October 1982.
We lost a mother with a heart of gold,
How much we miss her can never be told,
She shared our troubles and helped us along, If we follow in her footsteps we will never go wrong.
She was a mother so very rare,
Content at home and always there,
On earth she toiled, in heaven she rests, God bless you, mother, you were one of the best. XX
Anniversary mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn, Derry on Saturday 25th October 2025 at 6:15 pm.
