Helen MAGEE
The family of the late Helen Magee, daughters Maureen, Geraldine, Angela, Teresa, Jacqueline, son Patrick and the extended family circle, wish to thank most sincerely all of those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Father Gerard McCloskey for his spiritual comfort to the family and his celebration of a beautiful funeral Mass for Helen. To his fellow priests Fr Vincent McKay, Fr Peter O’Kane who also often visited Mum, and to Canon Sean Rogan and Canon Francis Brown we thank you for your support to the family
We wish to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of the Care Team from Down Community Care who were always so kind to Helen, to the district nurses and the Hospital at Home team for their exceptional care and compassion shown to Helen in her final days.
To Doctors Mc Minn, McMullan and Stewart, the staff at the Ardglass Surgery, and the staff at McKeevers pharmacy, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your care and attention to our mother.
Thanks to Saffyre for the beautiful music in the Chapel, to the sacristans, and to Ciaran Fitzpatrick of Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Directors for the dignified manner of the funeral arrangements.
Thank you to Ardglass Golf Club and the Catering team for the hospitality and for the welcome refreshments after the burial.
Our heartfelt thanks to our kind relations, friends and neighbours, who offered support, sent Mass Offerings, sympathy cards, floral tributes or helped in so many ways. To those who journeyed to be with us your presence was much appreciated. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
Helen’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 25th May in St Nicholas Church Ardglass at 10.00am
