McGarry Hugh died 27th June 2026

We, the family of the late Hugh Mc Garry RIP wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with and supported us in our recent sad bereavement.

Thanks to the many family, friends, colleagues and neighbours who attended dad’s funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, gave donations to Marie Curie or helped in any way.

We extend a special word of thanks to Fr. Joe Davis for caring for dad’s spiritual needs at home and celebrating his Requiem Mass.
His homily was both meaningful and uplifting and a great source of comfort for all of us.

Thanks also to Fr. Michael McGinnity PP and Fr. Paddy McKenna for concelebrating at dad’s funeral Mass.

The Mass was greatly enhanced by the beautiful music provided by Edel and accompanied by Mark.

We appreciate the help and support given by all the staff at Braid View Medical Practice and Ballykeel Pharmacy.

We are also grateful to the staff at Tullyglass House hotel for providing the refreshments after the funeral service.

Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to James Henry Funeral Services for their caring, dignified and professional manner in handling the funeral arrangements and for their quiet support and guidance to our family.

The month’s mind Mass for Hugh will take place on Sunday the 9th of August at 11 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Crebilly.

We trust that this notice will be accepted by everyone as a token of our appreciation.
