Imelda O'NEILL (née McDermott)
O’Neill Imelda (née McDermott) passed away 27th May 2026, peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of Gerry, loving mother of Rachel and Jessica, adored sister of Maureen, mother-in-law to Brendan and Tim, cherished nanny of Imogen, Liam, Gracie and Isobel. She will be sadly missed by her entire family circle and friends.
Imelda will be reposing at her late residence, 6 Seymour Road, BT19 1BL from Tuesday 2nd June. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome from 2.00pm - 8.00pm on Tuesday.
Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday 3rd June at 10.00am in St Comgall’s Church, Bangor, followed by committal in Newtownabbey Crematorium at 1.00pm. Service at the Crematorium can be viewed live via https://watch.obitus.com
