The family circle of the late Irene Montgomery wishes to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to family, friends and neighbours who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to everyone who called at the house, brought food and flowers, sent cards and letters of sympathy, posted messages of condolence and attended the funeral. We would also like to sincerely thank all those who kindly made donations in lieu of flowers to the MS Society NI in Irene's memory.
Your generosity and support have been greatly appreciated. We wish to thank all the healthcare staff at Lodge Health and the staff of Causeway Hospital, the Community Nursing team, Marie Curie, NI Hospice palliative care nurses and the carers from Ann’s Home Care who looked after mummy over the past few months.
Sincere thanks to Rev Andrew Ferguson and everyone who helped with the funeral service at Saintfield Road Presbyterian Church, Belfast (her home church), for conducting the funeral service and for his support. Sincere thanks to Rev Canon Donard Collins of Killowen Parish Church, Coleraine for his support before and since.
