Ivan David MARSHALL

The family of the late Ivan David Marshall would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised and supported them in their recent sad bereavement. Ivan was a much loved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother-in-law and uncle.

Heartfelt thanks to all the kind neighbour and friends who visited the family home, brought food, sent messages, cards, texts, phone calls and attended the Service of Thanksgiving. Special mention to those who assisted practically at the home and on the farm throughout the wake and funeral. We also appreciate the generous donations that were gifted to Dementia NI in Ivan's memory.

Special thanks to Canon Malcolm Kingston who officiated at the hon and Service of Thanksgiving. We are grateful for his support and guidance. Particular thanks to the session and committee of the Aughnacloy Presbyterian Church for kindly granting the use of the Church and hall for the funeral service and tea. Thank you to the organist and to Solace Catering for the funeral tea.

We wish to sincerely thank the medical support Ivan received during his illness from Aughnacloy Medical Centre, McKeevers Chemist Aughnacloy and the Acute Care Team. Special thanks to Ivan's dedicated and loyal Home Care Assistants for their outstanding care, support and kindness towards Ivan.

During Ivan's illness the family were most grateful to all who supported him and them both prayerfully and practically. We thank all those kind people for their regular visits. To Ivan's brother-in-law Derek and Parish reader Gary Lee for their attentiveness to Ivan and for the provision of pastoral care.

Thanks also to Fred Martin & Sons, Funeral Directors for the professional, caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Special thanks also to Harry Alexander for his assistance.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all concerned as a toked of our sincere gratitude and thanks.
