Ivan George LYNAS
Ivan George Lynas, passed away peacefully 21st April 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of the late Betty, much loved father of Karen and father in-law of Stevie. Devoted grandad of Christopher and Blair, also great-grandad of Lexi.
Ivan will be resting at his own home from the evening of Friday 24th April, friends and family are welcome to call and share their memories of Ivan.
A Prayer Service will be held in his own home on Wednesday 29th April at 1pm, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Ivan at 2.00pm in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium.

You held my hand when I was small, you caught me when I fell. The hero of my childhood years and of latter years as well. Every time I think of you my heart just fills with pride and though I'll always miss you Dad, I know you're by my side. In laughter and in sorrow, in sunshine and in rain, I know you're watching over me until we meet again.
