Jack Montgomery
The family of the late Jack Montgomery wish to thank all who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. To all who called at the home, sent messages of sympathy, brought gifts, attended the funeral, or helped in any way.
Sincere thanks to Drs Heron and Garvin, District Nurses, Paramedics and Ann’s Home Care Team who all attended to Jack in recent times.
Thank you to Rev. Philip Agnew and Andrew for conducting the funeral service, to organist Louise Bradley, to the grave digger, and to William for providing refreshments after the service. Thanks also to those who have kindly donated to Dementia NI in Jack’s memory.
Finally, our thanks to David Cranston, Holmes of Dungannon, for the caring and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
