The death has occurred of:
James Francis (Jim) BROWNE
Passed away peacefully on the 25th January 2026, in the Royal Victoria Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of the late Nora, cherished father to Aidan and Aileen, cherished grandfather to Rebecca and Laurence and much loved father-in-law to Joanne.
He will be sorely missed by his extended family and friends.
Jim will be reposing at his son’s house, 55 Royal Lodge Road BT8 7UL.
Anyone wishing to pay their respects are welcome to call on Monday 26th from 6.00pm–10.00pm and Tuesday 27th from 3.00pm-9.00pm
Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday 28th January at 1.00pm in St Anne’s Church, Kingsway, Finaghy, Belfast BT10 0NE followed by burial at Our Lady’s Acre, Newtownabbey.
