The death has occurred of:
James (Jim) McCONNELL
McCONNELL, 1st December 2025, peacefully at his home in Portland, Oregan, JIM, beloved husband of Pat, loving father of Kathleen (Amy), Siobhan (Paul) and the late Mary, cherished son of the late Harry and Lena, dear and loving brother of Tess, Monica and the late Bobby and a caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
Jim’s ashes will be reposing at the family home, 81 Lone Moor Road on Monday 12th January from 11:00am.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11:30am on Tuesday 13th January in St. Columb’s Church, Longtower. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
