We, the family of the late James (Jim) McKeown, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported and continue to support us in our recent bereavement.

We would like to thank all the medical and nursing staff of AMU Craigavon Area Hospital who looked after our dad so well and for the care, compassion and dignity shown to him during his stay there - especially in the final hours before his passing.

We would like to thank Canón Benny Fee for administering the last rites to dad, and for the words of comfort he gave dad before he passed away; we know that meant a lot to him. And for celebrating dad's Requiem Mass.

We would also like to extend our thanks to St Vincent De Paul for their hamper, and to the Washingbay Centre for supplying chairs etc .. for the wake, as well as for all who attended dad’s wake and mass - especially those that travelled long distances.

We would also like to thank dad’s and mum’s nieces and nephews for all of their help during the wake and mass, and for all of those who helped during the wake.

Thank you to Damien Donnelly and Serena O'Sullivan for the beautiful music and to the Millcourt for the refreshments after the burial.

Thank you to Gary Harte for preparing dad’s final resting place.

Finally, we want to send a special thanks To Edel, Patsy and Brendan from Patsy Taggart Funeral services for the incredible professionalism and compassion shown to us from the moment dad passed away; for going above and beyond for us and helping us navigate through a very difficult time - we will always be grateful.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a sincere expression of our appreciation. Your kindness, prayers, support and generosity have been a great comfort to us at this difficult time.

Dad’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday September 26th at 10.00 am in St Bridget’s Church Brocagh.
