It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of James Kelly, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on 5th October 2026.
Late of 24 Tullyally Rd. May he rest in peace.
Beloved husband of Leonie. Devoted son of the late P.J and Collette. Cherished son-in-law of John and Maeve McDaid. A much loved brother to all of his brothers and sisters. A dear uncle to all of his nieces and nephews. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends
Jame’s will be reposing at his late home, 24 Tullyally Rd from 5pm tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday 6th October. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday 8th October at 9:15am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Eugene’s Cathedral. Burial will take place afterwards in the City Cemetery.
Wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
Jame’s Requiem Mass can be viewed live via the St. Eugene’s Cathedral webcam.
