Acknowledgment and Month’s Mind Notice for the late James Mackey
May He Rest In Peace.
We, the Family of the Late James Mackey, wish to express our sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of our very much loved and Precious Daddy, Granda & Great-Granda.
To all our extended Family, Friends and Neighbours and everyone who sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards, personal messages of condolences, flowers and donations in lieu of flowers, attended Daddy’s Wake and Funeral, brought food or helped in any way, we are deeply grateful for your kindness at this very difficult time.
We are especially grateful to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Rossaire Health Centre, the Social Worker, the District Nurses, the Carers who helped us to care for Daddy at home, Boots Chemist, the Paramedics, all the Medical Teams at Altnagalvin Hospital, the Specialist Palliative Care Team from the Foyle Hospice and the Marie Curie Nurses all for their dedicated care, support and guidance will never be forgotten.
A special thanks to Monsignor McCanny for his Spiritual support and guidance and for the beautiful and meaningful Requiem Mass.
Thank you to Liam and Janette Kelly for the beautiful music and singing and to Jimmy O’Hara, the Church Sacristan for preparing the Chapel for Daddy’s Funeral Mass.
Also, thank you to the Staff of the Drummond Hotel for providing the refreshments following Daddy’s Burial.
Our sincere thanks to Thomas and Brendan O’Brien Funeral Directors for their professional, caring and respectful manner in which they carried out the Wake and Funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by everyone as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
Daddy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 14th of February at 6pm in St. Finlough’s Church, Ballykelly.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on his Soul.
