The family of the late Jean Devlin wish to express our heartfelt thanks for everyone who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. Sincere thanks to everyone who attended the removal, wake and funeral and to all those who sent Mass cards and sympathy cards. We appreciated the kindness and generosity of our neighbours, friends and extended family who brought food and supported us in every way. Thanks to all the district nurses, Marie Curie nurses, carers and Sperrin Family Practice for caring for Jean during her final days. Thanks to Fr Kevin Cassidy and Fr James Devine for their help and support during the wake and funeral. Thanks to funeral director, Philip Morris for his professional and dignified manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements. Thanks to the gravediggers. Thank you to Jackie Fox for the lovely singing and music at the service. Thanks also to AnneMarie and Mandy and all at Gortin Community Centre for providing the refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Jean’s Months Mind Mass will take place on Friday, February 20 at 7.30pm at St Mary’s Church, Rouskey.
