The wife and family of the late Jim Mc Fadden, would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to our extended family, all our friends and neighbours who helped us in so many ways during the wake and funeral. For those who called to the house, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, telephoned and brought food to the wake and helped to get the wake house ready.
To all of Jim’s carers, who looked after him so well and with such kindness and dignity over the years,
we offer our deep appreciation.
To all the nursing and medical staff within Altnagelvin Hospital, and the doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff at Riverside Medical Centre, thank you for the wonderful care Jim received from you all over the years.
A special word of thanks to Fr Mc Caughey for his support during the wake and for his beautiful Mass and homily. Also, to Fr Peter Madden and Fr Charlie Logue who con-celebrated Jim’s funeral Mass. To Fr Declan Boland, Fr Eugene Boland and Fr John Joe Duffy for joining at the funeral service and to Fr Sean O’Donnell and Fr Peter O’Kane for calling at the house and saying prayers. We offer our deepest appreciation.
To all those who made the funeral service such a beautiful ceremony, the musicians and singer, many thanks to you all. Also, to Johnny Mc Gillion and the staff of Parkland 33 and the Golf Club for providing us with refreshments after the service.
We offer our gratitude to William Watson and the Presbyterian Church for their kindness and accommodation of their services during the wake.
We extend our sincere thanks to Jude and the staff of Quigley Funeral Directors for their kindness, care, respect and professionalism during this most difficult time.
While we cannot thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as a token of our sincere appreciation from Jim’s wife and family. Your support and compassion will always be remembered by our family.
