Joan Elizabeth HAMILL (née Bradshaw)
The family of the late Joan Hamill wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
A special word of thanks to Rev Ken Gamble & Rev Bobbie Moore for conducting the Service of Thanksgiving; for their words of comfort, their prayers and their pastoral care to Joan.
Special thanks to the family doctor, Dr Sarah Montgomery and the other Doctors and staff at The Hill Medical Group; District Nurse Annemarie Comiskey and her District Nursing team; Ann Clenaghan, Care Manager; the Medical & Nursing staff of Ward 3F The Ulster Hospital; Dr Julie - Anne Scott, Consultant Oncologist, Elaine Parsons, Clinical Nurse Specialist and their team at BCH; Catherine Leathem Palliative care nurse and the palliative care nursing team NI Hospice; Joan’s carers from Connected Health and also the Pharmacists and their staff at both Irwin’s Pharmacy Dunmurry and Hilden Pharmacy. Their unfailing care, support and attention to Joan and her daughters meant the world to them all.
Thanks also to all of our family, friends and neighbours and also to Joan’s ‘church family’ from Upper Falls; those who sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped the girls in any way.
We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by us all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
