The death has occurred of:
John Halligan
The wife and family of the late John Halligan wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who supported us during our recent sad bereavement. A heartfelt thank you to our family, friends and neighbours for your kindness, to all those who called at our home with gifts, mass cards and sympathy cards, and the McGeown family for their kind gesture.
To the First Responders and Paramedics of N.I. Ambulance Service, the doctors and nurses of the Emergency Department and Ward 2 South Craigavon Area Hospital, Dr. Rodgers and Dr. McGleenon of The Archway Surgery, and Valerie and the District Nursing Palliative Care Team. Your dedicated care and words of comfort and support will always be remembered.
A very special word of thanks to Martin Kelly Funeral Director for the professional and dignified handling of the funeral arrangements, Fr. Emmanuel Fasakin for celebrating John’s Funeral Mass, the Bennett sisters for their beautiful singing and music during the Mass, the Sacristan, Eucharistic Ministers and the grave digger who prepared John’s final resting place.
Sincere thanks also to Cordelia’s and Perfect Blend’s for the welcome gifts of food during the wake, Devlin’s Bar for the use of their facilities after the funeral and to Raffles and Cordelia’s for providing the lovely food.
While it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as an expression of our sincere gratitude. Your support has meant so much to the Halligan family.
John’s Month’s Mind Mass will be held on Saturday 12th July at 6.30 p.m. in St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
