The family of the late John (Jackie) Loughlin wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us following the loss of dad.
We are deeply thankful to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent sympathy cards, online messages and gave generous donations in lieu of flowers to Care for Cancer and Dementia NI.
We express our gratitude to all the staff at Hillcrest Care Facility for their care and compassion during dad’s last years.
We are sincerely grateful to Reverend Graham Hare for conducting the funeral service of thanksgiving for Dad’s life. Thank you also to the organist and grave digger who prepared dad’s final resting place.
Thanks to Judith for the lovely display of flowers.
Appreciation to Barbara Pinkerton and her team for their excellent catering service at the wake and funeral.
Finally, a special thanks to Derek and all at Armstrong’s Funeral Directors for their compassion, guidance and professionalism throughout this difficult time. Their care, support and attention to detail were deeply appreciated by our entire family.

Jackie was a much loved father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is deeply missed and fondly remembered every day.
