The family of the late Jackie Heywood would like extend our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us in our recent sad Bereavement.

Sincere thanks to all whose who called at the family home sent cards, telephoned, gave donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral or helped in anyway deep gratitude is extended.

Heartfelt thanks goes to all Jackie’s Carers, from the Western Trust and Bryson Care for all they did to keep Jackie at home the number of years.

In his final weeks at home without the care from all the above along with the Staff at Strabane Health Centre and Hospital Team from Ward 5 Waterside Hospital keeping dad at home would not have been possible so THANK YOU all!

Special thanks to Foxlodge Cricket Club He looked after you’s in his living years and you’s did not let him go quietly, your tribute, your presence, your guard of honour … thank you.

Special Thanks to the Rev. Robert Orr for his prayers, words of comfort, your presence at home with Jackie in his final weeks … the wake, funeral service, Vanessa for the music and the choir at the funeral.

Thanks also to the ladies at Leckpatrick Presbyterian Church for the teas after the funeral … Thank you so much ..

Thanks to Ashley McMichael your piping needs no words other than thank you … Dad told you what he wanted and you did him and all us as a family so proud.

And lastly by no means the least … David and Ruth Hay and Sons Funeral Directors, from the first phone call on Sunday night to the wake and funeral we cannot Thank you enough for the dignified way you carried out the wake and funeral thank you.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation… Thank you.
