The death has occurred of:
John J McDERMOTT
Parkview House Nursing Home, Castlederg, formerly of 4 Greencastle Road, Omagh BT79 7QQ, passed away peacefully on 22nd June 2026. Beloved son of the late Hugh and Bridget, much loved brother of Rosaleen (Ormesby), Regina (Jennings), Celine (Quallet), Laura (Mellon), Liam (Ferns) and the late Hugh, James, Harry, Mick, Kathleen and Peter who died in infancy.
John’s remains will repose at Philip Morris’s Funeral Home 391 Crockanboy Road, Cregan, Omagh BT79 9AF on Wednesday 24th June from 2pm to 7pm where everyone will be welcome to attend.
Removal from there at 7pm going to St. Patrick’s Church Greencastle.
Funeral on Thursday 25th June at 11.00am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
