We, the family of the late John L. Corr wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who offered their condolences, prayers and support during our recent bereavement. This has brought us much needed comfort during this sad time.

Thank you to those who attended the wake, funeral and who sent Mass and Sympathy cards and flowers.

To all those who offered a helping hand, especially those in our wider family circle we offer our sincere gratitude.

To those who brought food, and to those local businesses who provided food throughout the wake we offer our thanks. (Newell stores, Annagher Services, Springisland and Uncle Sam’s Pizzas).

We wish to sincerely thank Fr Eugene O’Neill for his caring and compassionate Requiem Mass and for the lovely words spoken about John L. This brought great comfort to our family.

Special thanks to Peter Devlin and staff of M Dorman and Son for the dignified and sensitive manner in which the funeral was conducted.

To Gary Harte for preparing the grave efficiently and to Paddy Gates , Sacristan for his support to Fr Eugene.

Our thanks to the wonderful Malachi Cush, Plunkett Mc Gartland and to Pat Casey for the beautiful healing music which enriched the Mass.

To Gervin’s bar and restaurant for providing wonderful food and refreshments after the funeral mass.

To Kevin and Ernie Mc Elvogue for supplying the marquees, thank you.

Thanks to Tony and Adeline for providing the transport to and from the wake.

Our special thanks to all members / stewards of Coalisland Fianna for their support during the wake and for the large guard of honour on the day of the funeral.

As it is impossible to personally thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

John L’s months mind Mass will be celebrated in SS Mary and Joseph’s Church, Brackaville Road on Friday 20th February 2026 at 7.30pm.
