The death has occurred of:
John Leo CASSIDY
Gratefully remembering John Leo Cassidy, formerly of 6 Donegal Place, Brandywell, and latterly of 5 Oakfield Road, Derry.
A husband, a father, a tailor, a businessman, a tower of quiet strength and a true gentleman in every sense of the word.
Passed into eternity on the Feast of the Transfiguration August 6 2012.
"But the souls of the just are in the hand of God, and the torment of death shall not touch them. In the sight of the unwise, he seemed to die and his going away from us utter destruction. But he is at peace and his hope is full of immortality. Afflicted in few things, in many will he be well rewarded because God hath tried him and found worthy of himself".
