John Patrick MONAGHAN
Monaghan John Patrick passed away peacefully 26th February 2026 at Royal Victoria Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Katherine, much-loved dad of Michael and Anne, cherished granda of Katherine, Isabella and Charlie, adored brother of Briege Wright and family. He will be sadly missed by his entire family circle and friends.
John is reposing at his own residence, 223 Oldpark Road BT14 6QQ, those wishing to pay their respects are welcome from Monday 2nd March between 3pm-8pm. John will be received at Holy Cross Church, Crumlin Road BT14 7GE on Wednesday 4th March at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday 5th March at 10.00am followed by committal at Newtownabbey Crematorium, Doagh Road, BT36 5RZ at 12noon. You are too precious to be forgotten and too priceless to ever replace. We wish we could share another moment with you and see that smiling face. Someone so special as you is rare to find, someone with a heart so pure, so caring and so kind.
