14th April 2026, peacefully at his daughter’s home in Manchester. Dearly loved husband of the late Meta, Oaktree Drive, Antrim. Loving dad of Karen and the late William, father in law of Andy and granda of Rocky.

A Service of Thanksgiving for John’s life will be held on Thursday 14th May 2026 in St Patricks Church, Parkhall Road, Antrim at 11am followed by committal of John’s cremated remains in Antrim Cemetery.

Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family circle.

God called your name so softly that only you could hear, and no-one heard the footsteps of the Angels drawing near. It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
