The wife, son and family of the late John Cross would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement.
We would like to thank all those who attended the wake and funeral, and for those who travelled a long distance to be with us. For those who sent messages of condolences, brought food and helped in any way, your support was most gratefully appreciated.
A heartfelt thanks to Dr Fergal McNicholl and Sylvia Cole whose treatment, personal care and wee chats with John throughout his treatments were beyond words. To the doctors, nurses and staff of the Sperrin Unit and Ward 50, Altnagelvin, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
A special word of thanks to Fr McDermott and Monsignor Dolan for their support at this sad time. We will always be indebted to Fr Michael Doherty for delivering the beautiful Requiem Mass for John. It was a tribute to his memory.
Thanks to Erin Carlin for the heartfelt music. It touched everyone.
Thanks to Kieran, Noeleen and all at WJ O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors for their caring, dignified and professional manner in organising the funeral.

John’s Month’s Mind Mass will be held in Star of The Sea Church, Faughanvale on Saturday 24th January at 5.00 pm.
