We the family of the late John McGilloway would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends, neighbours and everyone in between who supported us during our recent bereavement.
To those who sent mass cards, messages of sympathy, expressed their condolences via telephone or social media, brought food, flowers or assisted during the wake, we are indebted to you all.
Thanks to staff at Bradley & McLaughlin in Derry and Stibbards & Sons in Hadleigh, Essex for the professional and supportive manner in which they carried out all the arrangements during this difficult time.
Much appreciation to Fr Daniel McFaul for his spiritual care and for conducting the funeral Mass and Fr Ignacy Saniuta for his evening visit and prayers. We would also like to thank Denise O'Kane and Aidan Watkins for the singing and music at the funeral.
A special word of thanks for all who cared for John with great dignity and compassion. The staff at Lime Court and Catherine Lodge in Essex and the doctors and nurses at Southend Hospital.
