John TONER

The family of the late John Toner (R.I.P) wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

To all of our extended family, friends, neighbours and those who called/sent messages, visited us, sent mass & sympathy cards and everyone who attended the wake & funeral or watched online, we are beyond grateful, you gave us a great sense of comfort. A special thank you to those who helped out, bringing food & making teas etc during the wake.

To Olivia and her wonderful team of One2One carers that looked after John and helped the family over his last few months, to the amazing staff at Lagan Valley Hospital who looked after John in his final days. We are very thankful for all your help & support.

To Fr.Colm for attending the house during the wake and for celebrating the requirem mass, to Liza Trainor for the beautiful music & singing during the funeral and all of those who helped in anyway for the funeral mass.

To Peter and all at Eastwoods Funeral Directors, thank you for the compassion shown to us and for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and thank you also to all involved with the cremation especially Pauline Deazley for a beautiful service. And finally to all who helped provide food and refreshments back at the family home afterwards.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for all the love and support we've received, not only during this difficult time of losing John but in the difficult months we've had since Isabel's illness and death 6 months earlier.

Johns ashes will be buried with Isabel in Crumlin cemetery on Tuesday 13th January at 3pm and his months mind will mass will follow in St.Joseph's ( Chapel Hill) Gleanvy at 7pm.
