His wife Sandra, sons Jason, Mark, Clive and Simon, sisters, brothers and entire family circle would like to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

We as a family are so deeply touched by all our family, friends and all who visited our family home (many travelling a distance), attended the funeral, prayed for Joe throughout his illness, brought gifts, sent cards, letters, text messages, or telephoned. To the ladies for their help in the family home providing tea for everyone, a big thank you. Thank you too to all who gave donations in lieu of flowers to Ward 50 North West Cancer Centre.

Special thanks to Dr Darren Brady, Dr Noel Duddy and all the amazing staff of Ward 50 and the Sperrin Room at North West Cancer Centre who looked after Joe over the course of the past 3 years. We would also like to thank the District Nursing Team from Donemana Health Centre, The Community Nursing Team from Foyle Hospice, the staff from the Rapid Response Hub at Gransha Park, the staff from The Family Practice Strabane Health Centre and the staff too from Mourne Pharmacy, Strabane.
We sincerely thank the Reverend Andrea Cotter for her visitations to Joe both at home and in hospital and for her prayers and support given to us during Joe’s illness. Thank you too for the beautiful funeral service and tribute in church and also at the graveside.
Thank you to the organist Mrs Ruby Trimble, the caretaker Mr Ronnie Kelly and the gravedigger Mr David Thompson. To the staff of Hilltop Café, Donemana thank you for the lovely tea in the church hall after the committal service.

To the undertaker David and Ruth Hay and Sons thank you for the kind, caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by everyone as a token of our sincere and heartfelt appreciation.

Have you considered?
