McCarthy, Joseph Patrick (in his 101st year)

27th January 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Late of 48 Lansdowne Park, Belfast (R.I.P.)

Beloved husband of the late Bridgeen and loving father of Moira, Brian, Kevin and the late Dorothy.

Father-in-law of Maureen and Mary-Jo, devoted grandfather of Brendan and Ciarán and devoted great grandfather to Lacey Bridgeen.

Brother to the late Kathleen, Sr. Eileen (Dominican O.P.) Maurice, Hugh and Henry, brother-in-law to Jane, Jean and the late Ronnie and Aileen.

Joseph’s remains will leave his late residence on Wednesday at 10.30am to arrive at St. Therese of Lisieux Church, Somerton Road for 11.00am Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards to Milltown Cemetery.
