Josie WHITE (née Boyle)

We, the family of the late Josie White (née Boyle), wish to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy and support following our recent loss.

We were deeply touched by the generosity of all who called to pay their respects, offered messages of comfort, attended the funeral, sent Mass and Sympathy cards, brought food or provided assistance in any way.

We would especially like to thank Siobhan Robinson and Miceál White for the beautiful music, Frank Donnelly for stewarding, Tommy Mitchell (usher) and Joe McConville for parking.

To Fr Garrett Campbell for his beautiful prayers when we took Mum to the chapel, to Fr Seamus White for his heartfelt eulogy and for his support before and during the wake, and also to Fr Thomas McHugh
and Gabrielle McIlvanna (sacristan).

To all those who helped care for Mum, especially Enable Care Services (Karen Alexander), her hairdresser Carol Lutton, who kept us entertained every Friday, and the amazing Marie Curie nurses who cared for Mum, and us, in her final days - they truly are amazing.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Campbell & Dr McQuillan and the district nurses at Moy Health Centre who provided Mum with care, kindness and compassion. We are truly grateful for everything you did for Mum and for us.

To Marian and Suzanne for the lovely meal in the Ryandale.

To the many friends and neighbours who called or phoned to check and see how Mum was doing - thank you for your friendship and concern.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to B Martin Funeral Directors for their compassion and guidance.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our eternal gratitude.

Mum's Month's Mind Mass will take place on Sunday 1st March 2026 at 11.30am in St Peter’s Chapel, Collegelands.
