Elizabeth (Betty) and the family circle of the late Julie Dunn would like to thank all those who sympathised with them following their recent bereavement. To all those who telephoned, sent cards, made charitable donations, attended the wake and the funeral service, your kindness means a lot to us.

Sincere thanks to the carers, Glendermott medical, district nurses, Dr C O’Neill and the team of the North West Cancer Centre, Bradleys Lisnagelvin, and to the nurses and staff of Foyle Hospice, Marie Curie and NIPANC for not only their care for Julie, but for their support of the family. Your care allowed Julie to remain at home and for that her family and friends are eternally grateful for.

A special thank you to Julie’s many friends who visited us, and in particular her closest friends who never left our side. We thank them for the loyalty, compassion, generosity and support shown to her and to our family.
To Joyce and Lorraine, friends who went above and beyond daily.
And also to those at her place of work - Illex. Your bond proves you xx are more than just colleagues.

A special word of thanks to Rev Canon Robert Boyd MBE for his constant care, compassion, spiritual guidance and kindness. The funeral was a celebration of Julie’s life and captured her essence so wonderfully. Thank you also to Ivan Black MBE who spoke such beautiful words and honoured her in a way no one else could.

Thank you to D&R Hay and Sons Funeral Directors for the caring, dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our family’s deepest gratitude. The love and support shown to our family will remain with us always, and we thank each one of you.

Have you considered?
