We the family of the late June Martin would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the many friends, neighbours and family members who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
Special thanks to the Doctors and treatment room nurses and staff of Donaghcloney Surgery for their constant care.
Sincere thanks to all the Home Care Team who attended Mum over the past 4 years, their exceptional care and help enabled Mum to stay at home , she formed a bond with the carers and looked forward to their calls.
Thanks to the nursing staff in ward 4 Daisyhill hospital for their invaluable support during Mums final days.
Thankyou to all those who made donations in lieu of flowers to NI Chest , Heart & Stroke.
Thanks to Rev Adrian Moffett, Jim Erwin and staff of Malcomsons for the caring manner in which they conducted the services in the funeral home and at the grave , and all the funeral arrangements.
We were overwhelmed and comforted by the number of people who attended the wake in Malcomsons or sent cards & letters.
As we are unable to thank everyone in person we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
