We, the family of the late Kathleen and Plunket Cullen wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who offered their condolences, prayers and support during our recent bereavements.

Thank you to all those who attended the wakes and/or funerals, sent sympathy cards, messages of condolence and provided donations. We are sincerely grateful for your kindness.

To the friends and family who provided Kathleen and Plunket with years of loving friendship throughout their lives and particularly in recent years during their declining health. Your love, support and compassion meant the world to them and to us.

A special thanks to the Community Palliative Care Team, our wonderful District Nurses, Dr O’Donnell and the team at the Medical Centre Coalisland, and O’Neills Pharmacists.

Thanks to all those who provided help during the wake especially their nieces Mary O’Neill, Catriona McCullagh and Siobhan Hamill, Mary Arthur’s and to Clare Fox, Orla McLaughlin and Fionnuala McNicholl. We are eternally grateful for your support throughout both wakes. To those who brought food and to the local businesses who provided food throughout the wake, we offer our thanks especially to Tailors House Ballygawley, and Annagher Services.

We wish to sincerely thank Fr. Eugene O’Neill for the beautiful way he captured and honoured Daddy’s life at theRequiem Mass, and to Emer McCrory and Anna McCloskey for the gorgeous music. This brought great comfort to the family.

Special thanks to Michael Dorman and son and especially Peter Devlin for their guidance and professionalism.

Thanks to Kelly Anne Corr and Brackaville Club for providing food and refreshments after the funeral Mass.

As it is impossible to personally thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Kathleen’s months mind scheduled for Friday 13th will be postponed and held on the 27th on the same day as Plunkett’s.

Kathleen and Plunket’s month’s mind Mass will be celebrated in St.Mary & St. Joseph’s Church, Brackaville Road on Friday 27th March 2026 at 7.30pm.

St Theresa and St Anthony, pray for them both
