Smith Ken 22nd November 2025 peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital , loving Father of Mark, Zoe, Debbie, David and Stephen, dear Father in Law of Karen, Hannah and John, devoted Grandfather of Kiefer, Niall, Jodie, Kacey, Rachel, Thomas, Cormac and Niamh and Great Grandfather to Pharah.
Funeral service in Adair and Neely Funeral home 12 Foyle road at 12 Noon on Tuesday 25th November followed by burial in the City cemetery .Family flowers only donations in lieu if wished to The Foyle Hospice 61 Culmore Road.
Family and friends welcome to the funeral home on Sunday and Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm.
