ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The family of the late Kieran Gavigan wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who supported and sympathised with us during our recent and very sad loss.
Special thanks to our family, friends and neighbours, everyone that attended the wake and funeral and all who helped us at this sad time and to the many people who were unable to attend but have passed on their respects.
We will be eternally grateful to the carers, District nurses, paramedics and the wonderful staff at both Altnagelvin hospital and Aberfoyle Medical practice, including Dr. Angela Loftus, who showed so much care and compassion during Kieran’s illness.
Our sincere thanks to Fr Declan McGeehan for the Requiem Mass and lovely eulogy, Catherine Kelly and Charlotte Logue for the beautiful music and we would also like to thank Fr. John Farren of Sacred Heart in Muff for the blessing and prayers at the graveside.
Thanks to WJ O’Brien and Son, funeral directors, Eglinton, for their caring, dignified and professional manner in which they organised the funeral.

Kieran’s Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated at 6.30pm on Saturday 21st February 2026 in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown.
