A heartfelt thank you to Fr Farren and Fr O’Hagan for visiting Mammy in hospital, for your prayers and support at home during the wake. To Fr Farren for the beautiful Mass and to Fr O’Hagan for the graveside prayers.
Gráinne Cooke, thank you so much for the beautiful singing at Mammy’s Mass. It was truly moving and brought such comfort to us all.
Thank you to those who made tea and helped in any way during the wake and after the funeral service.
We would also like to thank everyone who sent cards, flowers, messages and condolences, and those who kept Mammy in their thoughts and prayers.
A very special thank you to Mammy’s next-door neighbours, Natasha, Matthew and family. We will be forever grateful that Mammy had such wonderful neighbours.
To the paramedics and A&E staff at Causeway Hospital who cared for Mammy that Friday night, we thank you dearly.
The staff at Causeway ICU who cared for Mammy so lovingly in her final days. We know how much dedication and compassion you showed her, and we will be forever grateful for everything you did for her and for us. Thank you for giving Mammy such wonderful care and treating her with kindness and respect until the very end.
A very special thank you to Thomas and Brendan O’Brien Funeral Directors for your professionalism and compassion in helping us through every detail of Mammy’s funeral arrangements.
You made a very difficult time that little bit easier for our family, taking care of everything with such care and understanding. Thank you for helping us give Mammy the beautiful farewell she deserved.
Laurene’s Month’s Mind Mass will be held on Saturday, 5th September, in St Mary’s Dunboe at 7.30pm.
