McMahon, Lawrence Anthony

Acknowledgement

The wife and family of the late Lawrence Anthony McMahon RIP would like to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with them following the recent sad loss of a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
We would like to extend a sincere thanks to all those who called to our home, attended the funeral and burial, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolence and to everyone who kept Lawrence and our family in their thoughts and prayers.
We extend a special and heartfelt thank you to our relatives, friends and neighbours and all those who travelled from near and far to be with us and support us during this difficult time. Your kindness, presence and thoughtfulness brought us great comfort.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the GPs and staff at Dromore/Trillick surgery and Bradley‘s pharmacy Dromore.
Our heartfelt thanks also goes to the paramedics, SWAH ED and ICU staff whose professionalism, compassion and dignity in caring for Lawrence during his final hours meant so much to us.
We would also like to thank Fr Denis Dolan who travelled to the hospital in the early hours to administer the sacrament of the sick. A word of thanks also to all those who participated in the Requiem Mass especially Fr Joseph Nnamdi Mokwe for his befitting homily, concelebrants Fr Denis Dolan and Cannon Kevin Duffy, Irvinestown, James McShane and Áine Maguire, who provided the beautiful music, readers, Eucharistic ministers and sacristan.
Our grateful thanks to Claude McKervey, the Funeral Director, for the dignified manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements and to Rodney & Tim for preparing the grave.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Lawrence’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore on Sunday, the 6th of September at 10am

May Lawrence’s soul rest in peace.
St Anthony, pray for him.
