The family of the late Lena McCracken wish to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended the wake and funeral to provide support, empathy and kindness on our loss.
Many thanks to everyone who helped out at the wake, extended family and friends. Special thanks to Fr O 'Hagan for his pastoral care and the celebration of Lena's mass and to Liam and Jeanette for the beautiful music.
Thanks also to the GPs and District Nurses from Dr's Quinn/Brolly & Ross for their care and support. Special thanks to the Marie Curie nurses and Connected Health carers for their dedication and kindness to Lena over the years.
We would also like to thank WJ O'Brien & Son undertakers for their professional, compassionate and dedicated manner in all aspects of the funeral.
The months mind will be celebrated on Sunday 30th November at 11am in St Aidan's Church, Magilligan
