The death has occurred of:
Leontia Rice (née Kearney)
Rice (nee Kearney), (17 Laganview Terrace, Moria), September 1, 2026, peacefully at Belfast City Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Leontia, beloved wife of Eamon, cherished mother of Leontia, Susan, Geraldine, Helen and Patrick, dear mother-in-law of Michael, Olivier, Anthony, David and Charlotte, and a much-loved nanny of Maria (David), Eve (Ben), Callum (Orla), Scott, Gracie, Kyle (Enya), Joseph (Juliette), Sofia, Pierre and the late Baby Shannon who died at infancy and great grandchildren Thomas, Chloe, Annie, Grace and Rosie.
Loving daughter of the late Mary and Peter Kearney (Hillsborough Road) and dear sister of Peter, Eileen, Nuala, Brendan and Maeve, and the late Patsy and Roger. A caring sister-in-law and a much-loved aunt to all her nieces and nephews.
Funeral will leave the family home today Friday at 1.30pm to arrive at St. Colman's Church, Kilwarlin for Requiem Mass at 2.00pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
St Padre Pio and Our Lady pray for her.
Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, daughters, son and entire family circle.
