The death has occurred of:
Loretto McLernon
We, the family of Loretto McLernon, would like to express our deepest appreciation for the love, care and concern and sympathy shown by all during this difficult time. We thank our friends, neighbours, extended family and those who have comforted us in the days and weeks that followed and who supported us at the day of mum’s wake. The outpouring of love from you all shows us how much of an impact Loretto made and how much she will be missed.
Thank you for all the prayers, cards, letters, food, flowers, visits and support from everyone; we are blessed to have you all.
Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Craigavon Area hospital who have cared for Loretto in recent months and weeks. Special thanks to Glenview Care home for the exceptional love and care that they have shown in the time that she spent there in their care. Thank you to the carers from the Southern Health and Social Care Trust who have cared for Loretto at her time at home in recent years.
Special thanks to Paudge Quinn for his calming and caring professionalism in getting Loretto home to us and in everything surrounding her wake and funeral. Thanks to all the staff in Quinn’s corner for the refreshments following the funeral.
Thank you to Father Hannigan for celebrating Loretto’s life with such a beautiful mass and sermon. Thank you also to the incredible musicians who came together and provided the most stunning and apt send off, led by Marie McCormack, with support from Laura McGurk, Joanne Reihill, Bernadette Morris and Plunkett McGartland as well as the extended choir and musicians, some of which who have been faithful attendees covering the 50 years mum was organist.
Thank you also to the grave digger for preparing Loretto’s final place of rest and to Ecclesville Printing Services for their prompt preparation in mum’s funeral booklet.
