N.B. Mairead will be reposing in the family Bar & Restaurant (The Anzac). Everyone welcome to call on Tuesday 26th May from 5pm to 9pm and Wednesday 27th May from 12 noon to 9pm. Family time at all other times please.
Peacefully at Causeway Hospital surrounded by her loving family Mairead R.I.P. loving partner of Brett.
Dear wife of Tony; much loved mother of Garry (Noeleen) Ryan (Tara) Gavin and Justine (Barry); devoted Grandmother of Sianine, Susie, Olivia, Christy, Oisin, Sienna, Luke, Katie, Jane, Niamh, Saoirse and Amara and Great grandmother to Síofra.
Daughter of the late Charlie and Margaret Mary Carey and loving sister of Cathal, Noelle, Paula and the late Siobhan.
Funeral from the Anzac, on Thursday 28th May 2026 at 9:45am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s & St. Brigid’s Church, Ballycastle. (Mass will be broadcast live on the parish website https://mcn.live/Camera/st-patricks-and-st-brigids-church). Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
