We, the family of Margaret Bond, née Walker, would like to sincerely express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent and sad bereavement.
We would like to acknowledge the dedicated team of nurses and medical staff from the WHSCT Hospital at Home Team, Foyle Hospice and Marie Curie for providing exceptional care to Margaret throughout her illness. We also extend our sincere thanks to Dr Byrne and the staff at Dungiven Health Centre, Dungiven District Nursing Team, WHSCT Community Carers and McDaids Pharmacy for the excellent care and support they afforded Margaret.
Thank you to everyone who attended Margaret’s funeral, sent cards, flowers and messages, and to our friends, family, work colleagues and neighbours for their kindness, support and thoughtfulness throughout.
Our sincere thanks to Fr Sweeney for celebrating the lovely and heartfelt Requiem Mass, and to Shannon Murphy for the beautiful music throughout the funeral. We also thank Patricia O’Connor for the catering following the funeral.
Finally, we would like to thank McLaughlin Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they cared for Margaret and carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation and gratitude to all who supported us during this difficult time.
Margaret’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 22nd August at 6.00pm in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven.
