The family of the late Margaret Jean McCann of 19 Drummullan Rd, would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent bereavement.

Our sincere gratitude to Fr. Coll and Fr. Hughes for their spiritual support and guidance and for celebrating Jean’s beautiful Requiem Mass.

A special word of thanks to the Eucharistic Ministers, the Church Sacristan and Margaret Ann Conlon and Patrick Slevin for providing the lovely music and singing which made Jean’s Funeral Mass so special.

The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Jean especially the dedicated team of Doctors and Nurses of Antrim Area Hospital and to all who took great care in looking after her in recent months.
To the Doctors, nurses and staff at Coagh Medical Centre and to the staff of Coagh Pharmacy, Also to the District nurses and the dedicated nursing team from Coagh for all their care and support. A special word of thanks to our local stores QC’s, Mace and our friends, relatives and neighbours for their generosity during the wake. Thanks also to the staff at the Greenvale hotel for providing refreshments after the Mass.

We are indebted to all those who supported us, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages, and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media and to all who helped out with parking and transport to the funeral home during the wake. Thank you to those who stood along the route as we made the journey to the Church, we took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortege route, from those who joined us at the Chapel, and from those who viewed Jean’s funeral Mass online.

A special word of thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Jean’s resting place with great care and to all those who helped us in any way.

We would sincerely like to thank Niall A Loughran funeral directors for their very efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements during these difficult times.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
