QUINN - We, the family of the late Margaret Quinn (nee Hamill) wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all family members, friends and neighbours for the kind- ness, sympathy, support and generosity on the sad loss of our much-loved
mother, grand-mother and great grand-mother.
Margaret was a widely respected lady, and devoted wife of the late Frank. Mother of Brian (Marian), Rosena (Joe), Cecilia (Charlie), Kieran (Aine), Pat (Ann), Dermot (Christine) and Noel (Una), sister of Rose Russell and Francis Hamill and grandmother to 23 grandchildren and 34 great
grandchildren. A word of thanks to everyone who visited Mum and supported us in those final days. Your care, prayers and kindness meant so much to us all. We would like to take this opportunity to offer our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Potter, Staff of Errigal Health Centre and the District Nursing Team for the care that
Mum received. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who visited our home and travelled from near and far to be with us at this difficult time. We extend a special word of thanks to the local businesses, neighbours and friends who so generously provided food and refreshments throughout the wake,
and to those who assisted with catering and stewarding. To everyone who attended the funeral, sent messages and cards, we are deeply grateful. Your thoughtfulness brought us great comfort and strength
when we needed it most. A special word of thanks to Fr. Dermot McCaul for the beautiful Requiem Mass and heartfelt sermon. Thank you to Fr. Cathal Deveney, Fr. Padraig Murphy and Fr. Thomas McHugh who concelebrated the Mass and to all of
the Clergy who attended the wake and provided spiritual support. Thank you to Caoimhe Loughran for the beautiful singing and music, the
Sacristan and all who took part in the liturgy. We are profoundly grateful to Dominic Muldoon and Sons Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and also to the Grave Digger for preparing Mum's final
place of rest. To Ursula Douglas who provided the beautiful flowers, to the Aghaloo Community Centre for the use of their premises and to Quinn's Corner for
the refreshments after the funeral. As it is impossible to thank everyone personally, we trust this acknowledge-
ment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. Mum's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church,
Aughnacloy on Friday 15th May 2026 at 7:30pm.
