The death has occurred of:
Margaret WARD (née Murphy)
22nd June 1946 - 12th October 2026 late of Mourne Park, Newcastle, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
Dearly beloved wife of Tony, loving mother of Grace and mother in law of Martin, devoted Nanny to Amy and Adam, Daughter of the late Jim and Annie Murphy, King Street Newcastle and cherished sister of Noreen, Frances, Angela, Seamus and the late Vera, Andrew and Francis, loving Auntie and faithful friend to many.
Margaret will be sadly missed by her entire family circle, friends, neighbours and the parish community.
House Strictly Private.
Her remains will repose in MJ Sawey and Sons Chapel of Rest, 9 Bryansford Avenue, Newcastle BT33 0AX. Family in attendance today Tuesday 13th October 2026 and Wednesday 14th October 2026 between 5pm - 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Thursday 15th October 2026 at 12 noon in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption Newcastle.
Burial to follow in St. Mary's Old Cemetery, Main Street Newcastle.
