The death has occurred of:
Marie McQUAID
We, the family of Marie McQuaid, wish to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who offered sympathy and condolences and supported us in our recent very sad bereavement.
We appreciate all the kind and thoughtful messages, cards, letters and words from everyone, near and far. Thank you to all who attended Marie’s Requiem Mass and burial. Thanks to those who made a donation to the Omagh Pallative Care team and Marie Curie nurses in lieu of flowers, thank you.
We wish to thank the daily carers Siobhan, Bronagh, Naomi, Kerry and their colleagues. Thank you to Catherine, the District nurse and her colleagues. Thank you to Naomi, Bonnie and Cherry from the Foyle Hospice team and their colleagues and also to the doctors and staff at the Drumragh Practice. You all looked after Marie so diligently with great care and compassion. With your help we were able to look after Marie at home, which was her wish.
Thank you to the Marie Curie nurses who supported us and Marie in her final days. We also would like to thank Brendan and his staff at Brookmount Pharmacy. We will be forever grateful to you all.
Thank you to Father Eugene Hasson for visiting Marie during her illness and conducting and celebrating the Requiem Mass and burial. Thank you to Louise Kirwin for the lovely singing in the Church, to the Coach Inn for the refreshments and to Charlie Quinn and the gravediggers.
To our neighbours from Summerfield Court who supported us and for their mark of respect on the day of the funeral. Thank you.
Finally we would like to thank most sincerely Peter O’Kane for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a caring, dignified and professional manner
